You will be happy with the pdx 4.100 and 1.600 if you go that route. I run 6 jl 6.5's off the 4.100 and two jl w3 10's off the 1.600. Amps don't get hot and shut down when you really pound on them.

Have you tried hitting the uca zerks with some grease. There should be two that will grease those bushings. Might be worth a try.

I would not worry about the amout of clear. Butt load is a good description of the amount of clear they sprayed on the running surface of my boat they sprayed last year.
