Square nose 701s were 94-95 All round nose were 701s 96 and up, but seem to carry a premium. FX1s were a funky ski, but I always liked riding my friends. They were 94-95th only. A bit more of a hassle to ride.

Loved my kawi 750sxi pro, but if I were looking for a new less expensive play ski it would be a Yamaha square nose with 701 or a Yamaha FX1. We used to launch off the dirt at fiesta island and ride ever day after work. I think there's still a group that set up a buoy course there for fun.
