Been rocking my Oakley Minute Machine for a year and a half and love it. Have a couple Nixon's as well. Get a compliment every week or so on it. never once had anyone say anything about my stainless and gold rolex (may say something about the places I hang! lol).

That's a great deal. I have that same watch and paid about $100 more when it originally came out a few years ago.

It's an older model but still a decent piece.

I hate wearing a watch, but sometimes I'll strap one on.

I jumped on the big watch band wagon and bought a big ass gold Movado. That thing has so many scratches on it from hitting it on stuff. The heaviness of it has also become old. I don't even enjoy wearing it anymore. Fuck big watches.

I have a Nike sports watch that I wear when running and surfing. Lately, I find myself wearing it more and more as it's more comfortable and less fragile.

They had a really cool invicta that I was gonna buy but then I realized if they are a deal at Costco everyone and their mother will be wearing one this year. I bought an O'Neill t shirt at Costco and I see someone every single weekend wearing the same shirt. Drives me nuts.

Not sure if Nixon is included but Costco isn't an authorized dealer of a lot of brand of watches they carry. They buy them at off price and sell them. Mostly discontinued styles that are no longer made. So it's not necessarily a deal. They did this with their Tommy Bahama watches as well.
I can't wear a big watch like that. I have a Nixon but it isn't huge. I think those big watches have ran their course personally.

near me, The 1st person that comes in and says 'I can get that at Costco' they will stop ordering and move to another brand. There will be a market for the watch, just not with the core group that started buying them, surf and skate crowd. Over time that will kill them, always always happens that way.

I always bought Nixon as a teen because I thought it was a "skate" brand

I prefer my G-Shock atomic solar for every day wear. However, when I need something nice, I love my Nixon Canon that my wife got me a few years back. Nice weight, looks good... not a huge fan of the large face watches.

The company I work for sells to Costco, Sam's, Walmart ect... we do lose mom and pop shops because they don't want to compete against the mass market or clubs, so we launched a specialty only brand of our product to capture the market back.
