I have never heard of an open carry permit. seems the majority of states allow open carry.

I make to the oem specifications. Depends on what you call bulk. The molds are expensive

I honestly have not looked at the original picture. I went by Outdrive 1 saying it was the same. The one I produce is almost unchanged over the past 30 years other than some minor engineering changes. Like OD1 said the original Teleflex tilt helm.
