Anybody got a good recommendation for living trust attorneys in North Scottsdale or Biltmore/Arcadia/PV? Need to make some changes to our trust that was setup by a now retired attorney out of West Lake Village, CA.

Used a few but hands down Phoebe Moffatt at Saks Tierney in Scottsdale. Their office is just off Scottsdale rd in old town.

Dana Law did our trust… and they accepted our Hyatt Group legal through my work benefits.

James Phelps did mine. He’s at 24th at and camelback. Phelps laclair is the office name I think.

Lupe handles all my and my families trusts. I lost both my parents several years ago and closing the estate went flawless.

Ended up using Mark Sherwood out of West Lake Village, CA. Would Highly recommend. Very professional, kind, courteous, quick and at a reasonable price as well.
