Was on a flight from SLC that was supposed to go to Ontario at 11:15. We boarded plane and sat for several hours. Ended up deplaning and going home. Flight ended up cancelled. Just called Delta and my expected wait time was 9 hours.

We make all our money building homes. Land development is a byproduct. We’ll break even on development to make 15% on a house. I can turn capital 3 times a year so that would equate to a 45% yearly roi on the home building side. I agree though not fun doing projects at break even lol.

This is off topic but what is the multi-family rental market like in Prescott? Are there a lot of new apartment complex’s going in here? I gotta think there is still opportunities to built stack flats with land costs.
