I know there is a portion of people in Bullhead that work at the casinos in Laughlin. From what I heard these have seen a significant decline in traffic since their heyday with the introduction of Indian Casinos and the younger generation preferring the Vegas scene to Laughlin. It will be...
I’m up in Northern Utah but I got a job out here. Went to college in Utah and moved back to SoCal for 1.5 years after I graduated. Covid hit I saw all my friends were still hitting the bars out here so I said screw it and left. I work in land acquisition and development. I tried finding a job in...
We bought a new 2017 rx450h from Lexus of Lindon in 2018. With it being a leftover we got close to $10k off. They dealed aggressively and shipped it to California for a minimal cost. Not sure how this dealer has changed with Covid but may be worth a holler.
I’ve compared spec count (2023+) in Washington County Ut to Clark County Nv. Looking at homes $975k and up there are 138 in WaCo and 200 in Clark as of today. WaCo has a population of 200k and Clark County has a population of 2 million. Either one is heavily undersupplied or one is heavily over...
As others have said currently you can find them almost 25% off. I figure at some point you will probably find them closer to 50% off. There are several hundred 2023’s within 100 miles from me in the Salt Lake Valley. As other have said some lots even have 2022’s.
With Jeep doing 15% off 2023 Gladiators I am toying with the idea of scooping one up as a daily driver. Biggest concern is quality/reliability. Has anyone had any experience with them? Won’t be towing with it and will just use it to drive around town/shuttle dirt bikes and mt bikes. Also...

This is a fun one at $500k over ask. Everything in Sierra Madre has been going over ask including townhomes if you look at 2024 sales...
Big Bear is another market that is likely going to be hit harder. I think once the honey moon period wears off for people and they realize the burden of owning something up there the market will flood.
If I remember correctly Palm Springs has had a high spec count as of recent years.
Seems like SoCal is off the rails again. A townhome in my parents neighbor just went for $110k over ask. Ask was $1.29. $350 hoa as well. With 20% down the payment would be like $8500 all said an done. Several other properties have gone over ask in the last month in their area with a couple a...
Always, usually $200 with enough in small denominations I have exact change. Being in a stage of life where I frequently visit bars I refuse to charge anything. Never have to close out and always feel like I’m gonna get charged extra.
If anyone is serious about buying this boat it might be worth checking the glovebox to see if there is a mailing address/name to see who actually owns it. May be a good way to back door your way in to buying it.
Just pulled historic images on google earth. This boat has been in this yard since at least 2011 and has been partially uncovered with the interior/gel exposed since 2020.
Fun quote I’ve always heard is “boat size is unproportionate to use”. I’ve come to the realization that quality > quantity. Buying toys is a much easier part of the game than maintaining toys.
