no secondary powervalves just jet for WOT air fuel ratio. On a blower motor your PV should always be open if youre in the secondaries anyways.. Its hard to tune PV on the dyno unless you know how hard the boat will load the motor at a given RPM... say 4000 rpm would take 45% throttle and 2 psi...
Did quite a bit of testing with my roots blower motors in the fountain to verify the carb setup stuff that the old guys swore by. This was one time their theories were confirmed (also TCM did hundreds of carb roots engines this way and they never burned down so proof is in the pudding)

You have a water pump issue: bad pump or blockage after the pump but before the sensor. Unlikely that its a bad sensor because its reading different values in the screenshots and appears to be operating fine.

I took the upper overload stops off of my dually and I prefer the way it rides with 0-1500 lbs tongue weight/load. But I don’t have drop shackles and I still have a bit of front rake so it doesn’t sag..
Turn up the stock torsion keys to bring the nose up 1.5" and then install fox 2.0 shocks in the appropriate length. Ride will be similar to stock. Otherwise, you can spend a lot of money to do a 3-4" lift coil over kit with new control arms.

You set the pressure incorrectly. Keep in mind the fuel pressure is boost referenced. You need to set the fuel pressure with static manifold vacuum (pump on engine off) or with the little boost reference line disconnected at idle…. I think...
