Does the Median list price factor in the few houses at 4-5 mill which really alters the the majority number. The majority I see come to market is below the 625 listed as median. My lender said we will be in 7 plus rates until Q3-Q4 of 2025, ouch, or 8 plus if second home. Thoughts?

considering on tuning my shocks soon in my X3, non smart shocks. Has anyone installed the IQS system with a revalue and springs from ST? Worth it? i want to revalve and new springs for sure, other than ST, who else is highly recommended ? anyone in Havasu recommended, DC Shock? Thx

Conv rate limits increased in Mohave co to 726k this past year. Complete bs, I can get a jumbo at 6.35 but a conv lower priced home at 8. So basically a 850k house is same monthly as 1 mill putting 20% down. Definitely hurts that 650-900 price range.
