I have no say in anything for the house except plants. Hell, I’m not allowed to pick out a welcome mat.

I have been inside and it is pretty amazing. The lot and view of the mountains - very nice. Pretty big lot, huge pool. 5.5 is a lot of cash - even greater stretch than when it was listed a few years ago.

On the place in the Riveria - I have looked at the listing since this thread came online - I hope they get full asking price. This is not a place for me at any price but it only benefits the rest of us that own places out there.

I was going to put a full price offer on this house but decided to pull back last minute because there’s an $8/month HOA fee.

Sold in late 2014 for 1.1, that’s 477k a year in appreciation. Man havasu prices are stupid, awesome house, but not the beach. Prices are higher this year than last and rates are 8% plus.

Looks like two 1 car garages, one on the lower level and one on the upper. Still absolutely crazy in my mind.
I guess if you can swing a 5mil home, you can afford to store your toys/stuff elsewhere.

The boat will be stored in the new rack storage they will be building. 🤣 :p

Nice view and house but you are 8 miles from the launch ramp... that's like living in Westminster and a 8 mile drive to the Huntington Beach pier....

Beautiful View and Home. I doubt this sells for asking price but even at 20% off it would still be over $4 Million. It wasn't all that long ago that there were zero homes over a Million in Lake Havasu City. Today Zillow has almost 2 Pages of $1+ Million homes which is crazy to me. o_O

I know it is crazy. The pads are pretty cool up there with nice garages, lot size and views. I enjoy it. Not for everybody but I enjoy the quiet and privacy up there. Access to off-roading and shooting. Being able to work on my stuff and service things in my garage. I am going back and forth on building another RV garage or moving. Definitely leaning towards another garage.

As far as the Riveria goes no way am I moving somewhere where you are that close to your neighbor. I live on the water in HB Harbour and we are not even that close. Crazy the way they are laying out that place. My wife would not go into a pool overlooking the street and neighbors garages. So I do not have to worry about moving there.
