Home #2 was a beautiful Tuscan paradise under $1M. The master suite had a private front patio and another in the back that overlooks the pool. Pool needs a little TLC but still a great space. There is even an office on the master side of the house as well. Big kitchen and built in BBQ in the backyard make it great to entertain your family and friends here.

Home #4 is on top of a huge ass driveway with a bad ass view. Nice finishes and nice backyard pool area. The garage has room for a boat but definitely not getting a RV here. Located on a nice quiet street.

[THE WIDGE]

Does the Median list price factor in the few houses at 4-5 mill which really alters the the majority number. The majority I see come to market is below the 625 listed as median. My lender said we will be in 7 plus rates until Q3-Q4 of 2025, ouch, or 8 plus if second home. Thoughts?
