Yes clear pvc primer, it will remove/dilute purple primer. put on spots, let sit for a little bit wipe up with towel. If still any left, you can put on towel and scrub. ‘note for future, dump that purple shit and only use clear. No need for purple unless you have an inspector requiring to see it.
