At one point I was sitting at about the 129 and I’d gotten tagged like 8 times on Waze. I was impressed.

Oh and to keep it relevant; I saw 6 Speed UTVs today.

Don’t see how the windshield has much to
Do with blowing up. Alot of sand rails run radiators in low spots with windshields without any issues.

The fans on they will draw air from somewhere. Even underneath sounds like an easy excuse to me

As a recap for those just checking back in. Speed will go BK because they are losing money on Cars. But, they should also spend more money on a sign and the building.

I was doing a speed test in a new car on rice road on the way to parker race a few years back. Did 130 but slowed down to 120 by the time I went by the CHP apparently lol. He wrote me at 90 which was cool of him haha!

He hucked that car at full pin off a decent size jump during qualifying at the NORRA 500. I couldn’t believe what I saw.

We slow rolled that jump as I wasn’t risking damage to the car in qualifying lol

food for thought, speed is in pro open but in utv pro which is turbo motors basically. he would have been 5th

So is there no one at the race shop to mentor him and oversee his work? Makes sense since he is only 15 and he grew up racing in a racing family that he would fail race prep and the fact he is carrying a very high profile company name and that his Dad would use this as a teaching moment for the world to see.

Best way to learn all the ins and outs of a car is to prep it.

So I was hanging out with some Big Bend people on New Years. They were wrenching on there new RZR for 15 hours in Glamis. Max and His Navigator showed up. Both Kids. Took it apart and fixed it in no time. He is well put together from the time I talked with Him. I am out here now but taking the Nieces and Nephew riding with there Friends. Or I would be over there cheering him on. I hope he finishes and does well. Good Kid IMO.

As it was told from me his support is basically free parts, engines, etc.... As for real deal prep he's doing it all himself, possibly with the help of a friend... but he is in fact doing it by himself.

Well they were delivering cars all day today, and cars are being worked on and things looked good at the shop today when I stopped by.

I will say that Max is one of the nicest and most respectable kids I’ve ever met. He’s nothing like his father.

I know that he does do the prep. My race car it’s me and two other guys tearing the car all the way down to chassis and putting it back together. If he is doing the prep I’ve got mad respect for him at 15.

Just sucks because they can’t get this car to finish. They’ve got some serious work to figure out.
