I don't know shit about it yet, but I am reading up on it and trying to educate myself to it's potential. And it's potential is truly limitless.

There are always ways to tell if something is real or fake. But if you don't have the tools to know the difference? At that point you're gonna be fucked.

You're not wrong. The sheeple have been the majority for a Long time now.

My personal theory is: Remember your grade school classroom? 30 kids? How many were straight A students vs. C students? Now extrapolate that into the whole world...

But to bring it back to topic...

Look how many people truly believed the Speed car would be the next best thing since sliced bread vs. the rest of us who know not to Ever buy the first release of Anything?

There are arguments to both side of this story, but the one you buy into is the one you buy into.

They should swap it out complete and do a full failure analysis on the engine assembly... I would be looking at everything with a fine tooth comb.

If 50% is true, it will be a good start / finish to group rides around Havasu.

Currently, the building looks like crap. Pride in ownership is not showing with that facility.

I was going to ask if anyone has found a common denominator amongst the injured. Running bearings +1 instead of std. making it run hotter. Maybe too much clearance and oil pressure loss to separate journals? Maybe something as basic as an oil level issue causing windage and foaming. CSI the thing and get it handled. If all else fails, maybe make an adapter to a common powerplant already available.



Catching up again. I still think it's funny that the naysayers attack guys that have the cars and like them, basically claiming that it's an act. Like there can only be one opinion. There are guys that would still by another Ford, Dodge or Chevy truck, even if their last left them stranded in Ludlow. Hell, there are guys that love their 6.0 Fords...

It is much cheaper and easier to just swap out the motor. I am pretty sure that is what they will do.

From an outside POV, Speed needs to figure out how to divide responsibilities. They need a few additional chefs in the kitchen focused on responsibilities and reduce 2-4 guys trying to control everything.
