Yes but Iām not sure how to do it.Came out great, are you adding any lights to the steps? Not sure if itās regulation but never seen a trailer without amber and red on the side steps.
Worse case you can use a regular series 15 till you can get ahold of Extreme, i have all the email addresses, but hear the easiest is to walk in there.Yes but Iām sure how to do it.
I bought these and feel like it looks too cheesy.
Sealed, Miro-Flex, Marker/Clearance/ID Light, Chrome Cover, 2 Wire, 3 Amber LEDs/Clear Lens

Part of my want to use the 3/4 bulbs instead. Less chrome.
I got till weds to figure it out.
Nice!! Not too big but big enough to be noticed. I like the finished look of those.Worse case you can use a regular series 15 till you can get ahold of Extreme, i have all the email addresses, but hear the easiest is to walk in there. Trailer looks great Chris, cant wait to see the boat on it.Thanks man! Could always better though haha
The cross beam spacing. I took measurements of the trailer at the lake house and tried to get it exact. Then after I welded everything I was confused why I spaced the beams unevenly. So the lights looks like itās missing in the dark on the back half.Trailer looks great Chris, cant wait to see the boat on it.
Just curious, what would you do different if you had it to do over again?
Definitely the kinda stuff only you will ever notice. The cross beam spacing. I took measurements of the trailer at the lake house and tried to get it exact. Then after I welded everything I was confused why I spaced the beams unevenly. So the lights looks like itās missing in the dark on the back half.
Also, I kinda wished I did a drive guard but I was scared it might scrape. I wanted the trailer to be kinda slammed. So the guard will be hanging off the back too much.
You kinda see how unevenly spaced apart the beams are.

Thanks man, just trying to get ready for the schiada build later in life.Definitely the kinda stuff only you will ever notice.
Great job and thanks for bringing us all along on the build.
Damn good job. So bitchen man.Missing some 3/4 lights for the steps and a slimeline bezel. but thatās a wrap. We going boating. Going to stop by Blade custom decking to get a some stuff made for the steps.

ThanksMissing some 3/4 lights for the steps and a slimeline bezel. but thatās a wrap. We going boating. Going to stop by Blade custom decking tomorrow to get a some stuff made for the steps.

Youāll need a wayyyyy nicer trailer for that, but donāt worry about rust, they arenāt used for launching. Thanks man, just trying to get ready for the schiada build later in life.
Looks incredible, very impressive. We're in havasu as well, send me a message or text, maybe we can cross pathsThanks guys. I do wish I was baller and just pay someone to do this sometimes.
Aināt nothing more scary towing your boat for the first time with a trailer you built. I just imaging the worst and frame breaking in half.
Some more pics. View attachment 1277823 View attachment 1277824 View attachment 1277825 View attachment 1277826 View attachment 1277827 View attachment 1277828
Now itās time to take it to havasu. Will be pulling over quite a bit at rest stops to double check leaf springs bolts, and have a go around.
Well Buddy you have done a spectacular job on that thing! What are you building next? Thanks guys. I do wish I was baller and just pay someone to do this sometimes.

I donāt to be honest. But I also bought couple different leaf springs and changed them out. So far I have 1k leaf springs in the rear and 700lbs in the middle and front. Rides nice and doesnāt bounce anymore.Good morning Chris. Looks great. How do you know if the weight is evenly distributed over each of the axles?
Thanks bud! Im not sure on registration yet. I was suppose to go to ADOtT on Friday but decided to work on the house instead. Iām go in two weeks and see what they say.Awesome thread! Man it turned out BEAUTIFUL! You've absolutely raised the bar! If you don't mind, are you registering this as a "Special Construction" or "Homebuilt" trailer? How difficult was the registration process for you??
I thought Parker was closed.Took a break on projects this past winter. Probably never doing that again. Was bored as shit.
Went to grab the boat last Friday. Figured dip it real quick in Parker.

Cutting edge 14.5x30. Accelerates pretty damn good. What props?
Can you expand on how this process works? Can you tweak the injectors or is it a matter of building a collection, testing and then grouping based on flow?Time to match some injectors. View attachment 1344351
Sorry for the late reply. Work been killing me and no time on the boat. Kinda sad to see it all apart. Can you expand on how this process works? Can you tweak the injectors or is it a matter of building a collection, testing and then grouping based on flow?
I'm willing to bet my fingerprints are on a couple of those in the pic btw.
All of them were bad.I seem to remember some spare injectors in the parts box with other spare parts I believe it was labeled (Taylors box)
Glad I never took them out of the boxes. All of them were bad
I'm interested to see how these switches are installed and how the wiring will be handled. Do you plan on leaving the pedal or removing it altogether?Sorry for the boring updates but boating content is boating content. Was going to redo the interior last month but had to buy car parts instead. If KMG have a open slot during the summer i might squeeze in. We'll see.
Onto the items.
-New Fuel pumps (Bosch 200) old pumps were the original i'm guessing and one sounded weird. Figure i'll replace them before getting stuck somewhere.
-New plug wires. Just cause.
-ID750 fuel filter. I'm pretty on top of maintenance and hated changing the fuel filter on the old set up. Would need screw drivers, pull the hose and hope it doesnt rip. Figured i'll add a motorsport filter with fuel pressure sensors. Will monitor each engine and hopefully prevent something bad.
-Trim paddles. Hated the foot trim cause it puts my ankle at a weird position. My kid sits on my lap majority of the time so this should make it easier to drive the boat. Plus its cool haha View attachment 1354310 View attachment 1354311 View attachment 1354312
Might ditch the idea might not. I really want a new steering wheel but havenāt found one that I like. You were right about theme of the boat so everything will depend on style of the gauges. Color and what notI'm interested to see how these switches are installed and how the wiring will be handled. Do you plan on leaving the pedal or removing it altogether?
I like that filter. Is it a replaceable element or wash? What micron?New items added. Filter got a flow meter so youāll know when itās getting clogged. View attachment 1357316 View attachment 1357317
Itās 5 micron and replaceable.I like that filter. Is it a replaceable element or wash? What micron?
