The Costco Michelin ones sucked on my Audi. Above 60mph they lifted off the glass and chattered. Ended up going Bosch OEM that cost twice as much but work well.
So, the reason there is still an astray in the lav is IF someone smokes in there, the theory is that they will put their cigarette out in the ashtray instead of the trash. A fire in the lavatory killed quite a few passengers on an Air Canada flight in the 80's
I had a rental G70 a couple of weeks ago for a couple of days. I expected it to be a lot better. Previous to that I had an Alfa Romeo Gulia and it was a blast to drive even in rental trim.
Looks like a great trip! My business partner and wife are in Japan right now skiing also. He said it has been pretty windy but great snow, but also crowded with the Chinese tourists for their new year.
Sling TSi. Modern aircraft with modern avionics and a Rotax engine that isn't from the 1940's.
It is my understanding that Sling will be able to certify the TSi as a light sport if they can get the stall speed down to 54 knots.

JSX is great. The best part is if everyone is there, they leave early if possible. Hopefully, they can keep doing what they are doing. The bigger airlines are gunning for them due to their ability to hire lower-time pilots since they are a Part 135 operator.
Tell your dad thanks. They used to help us out a bunch when we were doing some special aerial work over the field at about 400' while they constructed the new terminals. Even though we were completely in the way of ops, they never once gave us a hard time.
We had to help move my daughter from Boulder to SoCal in the snow. We woke up to a bunch of snow at my brother in laws house in Golden the morning we needed to leave. Towed a little u-haul over the passes just fine. Just went slow. The next year, we had the fuel in the F-250 gel up on us though.
re: I fit into the HENRY crowd - High Earner, Not Rich Yet. Minus their typical fixation on luxury brands, rampant.....
That's the second time I have heard HENRY today and I had never heard it before. The other was for an investment pitch for NYC apartments.
I've been fixing the rusty racks in our 10+ year old KitchenAid for a couple of years now. It's to the point where we can't put dishes in some spots in the lower rack as I keep cutting out sections and putting the goo on them to seal them. I told my wife a new one would be our Xmas gift to...
We had that same issue on a 99 Expedition. Shorted out the fuse box and engaged 4Lo full time. We were in Utah on a ski trip that got extended a couple of days, so it worked out OK.
