I receive a stippen for a company car that I can use any way I want. I have been kicking around the idea for something sporty. Porsche Panamera or Cayan. Cadillac CTS-v or ATS-v. I've even thought of a Trailblazer ss.

Any insight on these?

I have a Cayenne GTS. Fucking phenomenal car! Sounds soooo good and hauls the mail.

Funny you should mention the Audi. My Daughter is shopping for a car and it’s between this and a comp M4. 2023 or 24. Both fall in about the same price range. Decent deal is +/- $75k for a low mileage CPO. She’s a bit of a motorhead (current car is a 2014 428) and has been saving money in a car account for years.

Stick with something that has a V6 and 300 horsepower.

I like the Caddy’s. They have a nice ride.

I would focus on 0% 36 month loan. My 2022 dodge charger will be paid off next month. $1225 a month payment plus $250 mo insurance.

Nothing wrong with a ctsv but a gen 2 is getting kind of dated at this point. The 3rd gen’s are bad ass and becoming affordable. The ct5v are cool as hell but we’re talking 100k.

Take a look at the bmw 340i x drive m sport. Basically a 4 door awd Supra.

If I were in the market for a 2 door I would probably go black m240i x drive. You can make them haul ass for cheap.

Audi rs3 are bad ass

Rs5 are bad ass but you start getting spendy again.

Ct4v is bad ass

I've had a couple of cadillacs. Hard to beat the CTS-V
Go the extra mile a get a Blackwing
We're eyeballing new cars to replace my wife's aging '16 Audi SQ5. We want to check out the caddy sedan CT4 & 5 V's and Black Wings, but here in San Diego all the dealer lots are loaded with Lyriqs, with no V's.

Right now the Mercedes AMG CLE 53 is topping her list, after spotting that while shopping for GLC's and GLE's.

F150 single cab with a whipple.
Don’t forget the 4x4

I want to build one but I would go hellion tt. Seems like sooner or later you end up with crank issues with the whipple if you turn them up.

Hard to beat in the street

Turbos will fix that.

Ok moneybags, i guess I should have mentioned. My cap is 30k and I'm looking for something around 2015 or so. I did find a red GTS Cayenne in Dan Diego that checked all the boxes. If I'm looking at new cars the Genesis g70 or 80 is high on my list

Now we know the budget, I'm going to throw this out.
Won't have the Panache of the 'Uber' brands but it is fun, fun, fun.
Ford Edge Sport, the Sport is key. SUV for utility..
V-6 twin turbo, paddle shifters, Sport suspension, Leather interior, hauls ass and surprises a lot of people.
Fully equiped, they are pretty nice... Service anywhere.

BMW 530 or 540i. 30k will buy a nice one, maybe even CPO.

Blackwing. Legit with a manual transmission. 0-60 in 3.6. But with a manual hell yeah. Coming from a guy who has an E63 I was scoping out the Blackwing and no it's not as nice as my E63 but the manual transmission is legit.

You can get an extremely clean low milage Porsche 996 iteration 911 6 speed coupe in your price range. Once dialed in, they are runners. I’ve had my high mileage (now closing in on 100,000) for over a year now and drive it like I stole it all the time. I’ve had zero issues and red line it through the first 3 gears on a regular basis. I’ve done multiple trips from Santa Clarita to Havasu starting at San Francisquito Canyon Road through Green Valley and it is truly a blast to drive.

Although $5k over your budget, here’s a recently sold extremely clean example from BaT. I’ve seen higher mileage decent examples go for less than $25k and 4s’ at not much more than 30.

Great option. These aren’t going down in value, staying steady. I daily drove one for two years with zero issue. A lot of fun for little money and steady value.

Probably the most economical daily I’ve had. No depreciation, good on fuel and didn’t have any repairs.

The drive to San Diego must have put 30 years on you. Quite the pivot
Ironically, there’s a ton of Panameras here in North Scottsdale. I’ve never seen anybody under 65 in one.

The Lexus has better lines and 0-60 its the same. The so called certified Porsche at the dealer with 5700 miles already had electrical issues on the test drive and needed a new PCU and the dealer didnt have the part. We left and bought the LS. Wife’s car, shes happy.

My Truck that was stolen insurance was $300 a month. Allstate was closer to $350. Perfect driving record under 15k miles a year.

I talked to a younger guy with a new Denali diesel 4x4 2500hd . $600 a month

My guess is it will be $500 now that I have a claim.

Currently paying $12k a year for 6 vehicles. 3 on commercial 3 on personal.

Friend of mine has 17 work trucks on his commercial policy. It went from 75- $150k for the year.

I had a rental G70 a couple of weeks ago for a couple of days. I expected it to be a lot better. Previous to that I had an Alfa Romeo Gulia and it was a blast to drive even in rental trim.
