Prime and paint all the wood before you install it and then hit all the cut ends as you cut to length and install.

I order my doors thru corona millworks. I just give them the opening size and they size the door for the correct overlay.

Dont you have a big DD prerunner? Im trying to figure out why you prefer a sxs over that in the desert. I run my big car over on the Landing side and dont see where a sxs would be better.

Some buggies do have that issue, ones that are fully sealed in the front. Most buggies aren't fully sealed though and have a little opening under the hood, or suspension pivot points, or where steering shaft passes thru, etc.. those act as a vent.

Rumor is he broke an axle on that side which sent it left.
