Yes, they expected me to just be okay with providing all of my personal asset information to the other party's attorney. When I told them that isn't going to be provided, they recommended that I talk to an attorney.
We released our claim limits in hopes that SF would pay, and we would be done with this. The other party's attorney wants my bank account numbers and balances along with information on any other assets that I may have.
Time for me to obtain an attorney!
As the title states, looks like I need to retain an accident attorney for the accident my son was involved in. Any members here know of a good attorney in the SoCal area?
Spoke with my State Farm agent as well as my claims agent regarding this BS claim, and at this point, I feel it would be...
I made this one for my old Hallett a few years back. Just 1/8" aluminum plate with a brushed finish. Drilled for the existing holes and mounted the new unit.
Those questions are asked as well.
Kash Legal is the law firm.
I asked my claims agent if he was aware that this is a BS claim. He said yes, but this attorney has a very aggressive demand letter, over 100 pages, and the other party has somehow managed to come up with over $35k in doctor bills...
This was sent to me through my insurance. I told them to assign an attorney because I will not be providing my bank account information to anyone. I am waiting for a call back.
Well shit....
My claims agent reached out to me today. SF intends to pay out my total insured amount. (at that time) $75,000 for this accident. This blows my mind.
Here is where things are getting REAL sticky!
The other party's attorney submitted a Settlement Demand Letter. In this letter, they...
I ran 2 blue tops in my last boat and a red top in my sand car. Never had any issues, but I have had heard some stories of them not making past 18 months
Okay folks, looks like it has been a while since boat batteries have been discussed so here we go.
Like tires, vehicle brands, and sports teams, everyone seems to have their Go To for their battery. I have used Interstate, Centennial, and Optima in my previous boats. The Interstates kind of...
People have to learn that there are consequences to the way they vote. This, coming from a lifelong CA resident. I don't know how many times this has to happen before the left stop turning their heads to this kind of shit!
I read a while back the weight distribution hitches are a no no for RV's??? I do not run one, never felt like it needs it. My coach honestly tracks down the lane better while towing the box trailer. The thing is a handful running without towing. Maybe because I run a little harder without the...
Back in the Desert Shield/Desert Storm days, my buddy was a crew chief on a KC-10. They refueled planes during his entire time over seas. Only fueled the 117 at night, and no photos of the aircraft were permitted. He came home with some bad ass pictures of other planes being refueled.
I...
All BS-ing aside, I have an RV with the F53 22k chassis. Tow rating on it is written up as 5k. I tow my 28' box trailer with the sand car and bikes inside with now issues. Like others have said, I take it easy, not trying to race anyone. I also tow my 28' boat with the RV and keep the same...
It had the upgraded BTR trunnions... I will definitely be going down the rabbit hole on the LS engines. I know enough to get myself into trouble. Always been into this stuff, but never really built my own. I built the crap out of a turbo VW engine a while back, but the more I read about the LS...
Yeah, I'm sure I either lost cam bearings, or crank bearings. I suspect the rocker bearings failed due to lack of oil in the heads... I did start it up to put it back in the trailer.
Started pulling it apart this afternoon. Looks like it tossed a couple of rocker bearings. Thinking it will be best to tear it down all the way for a good inspection. I reached out to JMS, I may go ahead and let them handle it.
