Thank you very much for this, I think I am going to press down this route, hey, the premium should be a bit less now with those 2 pieces no longer needing coverageI have had Hodinkee for the last few years. About 1.3% for me. I like the policy because there is a clause for losing your watch. For example, if the band breaks while skiing, i'm insured. Pretty confident that will only work once, but for a 10k + watch, I think its worth it. Some friends of mine lost a major collection in the Altadena fire-200k range. Thought homeowners would cover it. Nope. I don't mind the cost vs the lack of stress of owning nice watches. Also super easy to set up, details including serial numbers, some photos, general info. Probably less than an hour to finish.
