Made the first adjustable tripod 40 years ago. still cook over wood pretty much every day.

They are dang good.
It’s a casserole recipe.

15 inch skillet
2 bags Orida hash Browns
1 1/2 pounds grated cheddar
32 oz sour cream
8 oz diced Green Chiles
Season salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste.
350 for around 45 minutes.

Started out with our canadian friends and their famous hot dogs
Then word got out and 14 people showed up so had to do the EZ cookout
Add in burgers and bbq chicken
And the tres leches strawberry shortcake was amazing. Made my own cool whip too

Smoked a couple pounds of wings I picked up at Staters this morning.

Dried them off and then tossed them in baking power and seasoning to get them crispy. Then when done tossed half them in a Thai Chilli and the rest in Some Habanero wing sauce, I picked up from the alien jerky place on the way home from Vegas.

And smoked a 12 pack of Pacifico

Have you tried the Familiar beer? I like it a little better than pacifico but it's harder to find.
