Fry bacon in skillet remove bacon and add Brussels Sprouts bbq spice seasoning of your choice, one minced onion and a few minced cloves of garlic to Bacon fat and put in Smoker at 225 for 1 hour 20 mins or until they soften up, toss with some bbq sauce and crumbled bacon with 30 mins or so left. Can mix up some bbq aioli with bbq sauce, Mayo and sour cream for dippingTime and temp?

It’s ok it did well on the pork shoulder but the ribs I’ve done on it haven’t turned out as well. I am gonna use it as more of a BBQ then a smoker and stick to the pit barrel for most cooks.what do you think of this thing so far been looking at getting one
Your lucky I’m about 300 miles from Havasu right now. Looks great.
