They looked brand new. Sorry for the shitty pics.

Any chance they were delivered to Port Hueneme? @Tank

All kinds of stuff comes into port Hueneme. Any and everything goes in and out of there. Total sleeper port but I’d suspect if they were factory delivered they’d be in a single large trailer or car trailer .

Why new belts? Should they be changed that often?

I got mine over at Morgan’s right now installing the front oil cooler and roof vent.. then doing the service and getting ready for San Felipe.

I am hoping Hollander can get out here for all his upgrades before the trip but probably happen after.

Maybe because that's what the manufacture recommends to be safe?

Thanks.

I’ve seen aftermarket belts with date codes but not on the stock ones.

Still a POS 😂🤣
Actually quite the contrary, for the money the car is very capable, especially for the price.
Yes it's a first year car and its had it's issues but the bones are very solid. Speed has been very helpful the entire way.
My son is very happy with his purchase and we are having fun working on it togeather and doing the upgrades to personalize it.

The one on its side is the POS 😂🤣

Just kidding, we can all find the limits of a car if we try....

I wish you guys were doing this in Havasu I’d love to jump on that bandwagon.. lol.

To echo your thoughts I love my car as well. It’s incredibly capable and fun to drive.

What happened to the sleeping can am ?

Some cars like to sleep on their belly and others are side sleepers!

Need to be careful of the BS sleepers !

Back sleepers

LoL

CBR oil cooler installed with the thermostat etc.. adds four more quarts of oil and between this and the roof scoop overheating problems are a thing of the past..

Cars run less than 200 degrees even on hot summer days running the shit out of them.

So that makes five?

I did some math, cause I was curious...

My friends car is just shy of the 2600 number. He told me the base deposit was 3000.

So....

2600 x 3000 = $7,800,000.00

Pretty sure I could live off the interest of that with no issues. 👍🏼

Just think if they only sold 1500 at $30,000 apiece which the average price is a lot more than that with all the options people added.

So if i recall the big thing about these cars were they were ready to go out of the box. Didn’t need to spend a bunch of money after buying…. So how much have we put into these things to make them right? How much was the over heating issue to fix? If it blows a motor now is it still covered?

Race ready. 💪

I would guess it would depend on what warranty was in effect? Same as anything else you would buy?

Off-road use warranties are Normaly extremely limited. Lots of em just cover you to the curb.

Hopefully Speed would step up for the major mechanical issues, warranty in effect, or not.
