Decided to get the dogs out of the Texas heat and head to CO on a family toad trip.
Made it to Colorado Springs the first night and now Vail. This place is beautiful.

Pup just turned 2. Not quite a hunting dog (my fault) but a great family pup. This is his “last run of the night”. Barks until someone takes him out for 15-20 mins. Usually throw the ball until he lays down and then he’s pretty much done for the evening.

Best dogs ever for keeping the family moving. He usually gets a morning walk from one of us, most of the time a second one in the afternoon. The evening burst is a non-negotiable. The second i finish dinner he starts barking and pawing.

Damn dog has me trained. Doesn’t matter where we’re at, first thing in the morning he’ll keep prodding until I take him for a walk. Same thing after dinner. He’ll bark until i take him outside to throw the ball, any ball.
