You can borrow one.I might be down for this.. Maybe I can buy a takeoff tire from @82daytona. Would be fun to run the course, and see how the Maverick R does.

I’m not going to race.. but I’m not going to sit in the back and eat dust either.I may have to change my bet...
That’s a good option too. I might take you up on that. You can borrow one.

Pretty sure it said helmets are required, if you’ve got a pumper you’ll be fine.

Lol this just got even better. These guys ain’t using helmets
I meant Dave and all the short stoppers.
If he got the helmet on the pumper will start a fire from blowing on his cigarette.
They say they are going to have gas 53 miles inThis sounds fun.
Bring an extra couple of gallons of gas if you are gonna drive spiritedly. That is still a 90 mile stint on the back end.

Anyone have balls to nerf people?
Where's Dave? Follow the butt trail. LolTaking a helmet on and off ten times to smoke a cigarette is gonna be lots of fun. Lol
You gotta be behind people to nerf them..Anyone have balls to nerf people?
I guess I did read that.. Sadly, the pumper won’t help keep the visor clean. Also a helmet for 140 miles doesn’t sound that fun to me. My neck is going to be sore.Pretty sure it said helmets are required, if you’ve got a pumper you’ll be fine.
I’ll bet you RD is late and hung over the morning of the poker run, if he shows up at all. RD doesn’t do anything early in the am, especially after camping in the desert when he pulls in at 11 o’clock at night.
I’ve also been with Dave when his “badass” Tyrex smoked out Shea Wash 2 different times, that was the latest and greatest too. Everytime it needed a new motor it was going to be the Polaris killer, that didn’t work out too well either.
WMC gapped Dave’s badass Canam also. Basically Dave has never done anything but bench race, repair his junk, and lose.
Everyone is going to be rolled over like turtles on the first 10 miles lol
Buy one of these. Makes a huge differenceI guess I did read that.. Sadly, the pumper won’t help keep the visor clean. Also a helmet for 140 miles doesn’t sound that fun to me. My neck is going to be sore.

You ride a fucking quad!!!! Enough said. Now I know why all you youngsters have a cage...
I've ridden All day with a set of handlebars and a helmet.
Hope you guys don't get a blister on your throttle foot on your little two hour ride...
Oh the horror!!!

It’ll be more like 5 hours with minimal stops. That course is typically pretty haggard. I say best average is 35-40mph.

I have 2 of the Simpson helmets like these I want to sell if anyone is looking.Just got a couple of these for Bronkzilla. I will probably take them off once we are on the trail. '
In the Can Am we use closed helmets and a Parker Pumper to keep the duct out. We have been wearing them for so long we cant go without them even in AZ now

This is the first year the UNLMTD Series (Martellis) are running the Parker 400, and I don't believe BITD ever had a poker run for the 425. I did the Poker Runs for the UTVWC in Havasu and the one at the Barstow 300, which the Martellis put on both those races.Has anyone actually done this poker run before?
What size and how much?
I have 1 for my Defender could use a few more.
I think Med and XL but I will check this weekend, hell I don't know $50 for both? Let me know if you are heading out for New Years and I can send them with Ed.What size and how much?

And you also need a CRIT off road pass if you are going to do this Poker Run.
I will take them for 50. Send them with Ed. I will give him the cash. ThanksI think Med and XL but I will check this weekend, hell I don't know $50 for both? Let me know if you are heading out for New Years and I can send them with Ed.
Didn't an old school drag racer drill a hole in front of helmet so he smoke while driving, that would save all the stops except the breakdown one.Taking a helmet on and off ten times to smoke a cigarette is gonna be lots of fun. Lol
I did the pre run a few years ago. One stop at midway and tons of drivingHas anyone actually done this poker run before?

NoCan CRIT off road pass be purchased on-line?

I called the office and there are only two options to purchase the pass, in person and by mail.
By mail must be new…. Use to have to go into the CRIT office. I think it’s only like $25/$30 but more of a pain in the ass to go there.I called the office and there are only two options to purchase the pass, in person and by mail.
Is everyone backing out of this thing? I thought we had a whole crew! I could probably go get crit stickers for people before the run.
