Its revenge. Ceo instituted policies that placed corporate greed above the policy holders. I am not saying profit is bad. But if you are denying legitmate claims for profit that is bad.

I would say someone lost a loved one and in a company who better to take it out on. Just speculation.
It’s a great theory. I’m hoping this and the pelosi stories both have merit

This class of crony capitalists who hide behind big government and “donations” needs to learn there is a price to pay for their predatory ways

Just heard someone matching the description of the suspect has been arrested in PA.
A man in Altoona, Pennsylvania, was stopped with a fake New Jersey ID and is being held for questioning in connection with the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City, law enforcement sources told ABC News.

The man had walked into a McDonald's where a witness recognized him from the images circulated by police, sources said.

The man has a similar gun as the one used in Wednesday's assassination-style killing outside a Midtown Manhattan hotel, the sources said. Altoona police also recovered a computer.

There is obviously multiple reasons that any number of people would want this carpet bagger dead.
Any one of thousands of family survivors who see him as a mass murderer, responsible for the deaths of literally thousands of loved ones on an annual basis due to policy favoring shareholders over patients would piss off a lot of people.

Those with a less than legal financial agenda that he was presumably about to reveal secrets concerning would be paying attention as well
Politicians who, as the dead guy said, were complicit in obtaining grant money…legit or not legit isn’t really clear?
and that’s just the shit we sort of know about.

So there is a lot of reasons that any number of a range of different people would have an agenda.

From emotional, to financial, to political.
If I was a motivated politician or financial guy with an agenda, I’d look for an already emotionally distraught person with his own agenda for silencing the guy…maybe just give him a little nudge?

I guess time will tell maybe.

How does someone not just bury the gun in a remote area where nobody is around?

Speaking from just being out here you could bury the thing just about anywhere and nobody would find it for 300 years?

According to law enforcement sources reviewing his online activity, Mangione is known for anti-capitalist beliefs and criticism of the U.S. healthcare system. His Goodreads account features quotes from historical figures like Socrates, Bruce Lee, and Ted Kaczynski, the “Unabomber,” recognized for his anti-establishment views. Mangione also reportedly carried a manifesto that criticized the financial and ethical practices of the healthcare industry.

He had a ghost gun so Interestingly enough all he had to do was toss the gun away. As long as there are no fingerprints it cannot be used against him.

Identified at a McDonalds in PA.

My take is this dude wanted to be caught so whoever reads his Instagram page may think he's a hero.

United Healthcare and we used to have it some 20 years ago. I had no issues with them and both my Kids were well cared for during childbirth.
That said their current CEO and their 32% rejected claims, number one in the industry, is pretty telling why he was targeted.

It would be disassembled sledgehammered and thrown in various bodies of water.

Or I would keep the main evidence on me🤦

He works at McDonalds in PA. He's not loaded with entrepreneurial thoughts.

I heard he was at Mc Donald’s eating. Why do you think he worked there. Also heard he had a masters degree in engineering. 🤔

A bit of forethought, and you can swap the barrel out in about 30 seconds... and now forensics are on your side. Additionally, you just have a little barrel to dispose of.

That said, I would probably not be carrying the whisper pickle if it was me. Lots of little laws that can fuck up your world traveling with such a thing.

Still early, but I heard he was just eating there and identified by an elderly employee. 🤷‍♂️
Yeah I'm going to vacate reporting the news. I have a TV in my office and just turned it off.

So if they find him guilty does NY just send you home with an ankle bracelet?

I know insurance companies are bad but we need them like it or not. I'm not defending them because it's a business and they are in the business of making money. On the other hand, drug maker prices are crazy. I'm covered by 2 insurance companies, my medication Cabometyx, is taken daily. The price for 30 tabs...................$26,950. Insurance is covering it. I've been on this med for 11 months now. Do the math. Without my insurance, i'd be dead.

There’s a lot of layers to that onion.

And just like that the conspiracy theories and the posts about ridiculous connections, trained assassins, Nancy Pelosi, and a bunch of other stupid shit collapse.

The guy is nothing more than a privileged leftist punk raised in money and thinks he's smarter than the rest of the world. He evaded arrest for five whole days.

Something is off.
I have a hard time believing someone is so smart to plan all this out only to be caught this way. If this is true, smartest idiot currently available.

Well he took his mask down at the hostel and not Starbucks. So this guy just spewing random thoughts.

I think that when he saw his face at the hostel, he realized he messed up and at some point was gonna get caught. If that picture wasn’t posted, I think he would’ve kept himself in check a little better.

Going to ivy league school and all the 'he is so smart this can't be true' crap doesn't mean there isn't some mental illness going on.

My old neighbors son was a math teacher until the voices took over. He was then absolutely terrifying.

Just sayin....lots of mental illness out there. Ask RFK 😁
