I often wonder how anyone thinks they can get away with a crime these days. In the case of Murder, it seems to me it would need to be a crime of passion, or revenge. In this case, it seems more transactional, being that he was shot in the back.
I'm always suspicions of a layup like this. Maybe he is guilty, but I doubt he is insane. Maybe his dog told him to do it?
There seems no better example of our two tier justice system than this case. If your a convenience store clerk, no one seems to care if you are murdered, if you are CEO of a money printing organization for shareholders you get the VIP investigation treatment.
Not really a concern for me, but I do enjoy reading the banter here.
