Dood I totally pussed out, I cleared the valley’s front and rear of the house...I still have two huge gables that are stacked deep, but the shit is getting wet with this heatwave and it’s too chevy for my old ass...I’m calling her quits got to be up at 0430 to drive to the tourney tomorrow.

Mornin gang. Last night at 9 it was raining hard, woke up this morning to a couple inches of snow and winds around 30. Supposed to be headed to warmer climates today, but may have to wait till the ice melts first.

I did get water flowing in the previously frozen hydrant yesterday. I pounded a metal stake into the ground about 18" right next to the hydrant. I removed the stake and poured near boiling water into the remaining hole and over the hydrant handle. Once the handle moved, I poured a few more buckets in the hole and left it on until the water flowed.
