Man some of you guys will go for any reason (most of which is disinformation anyways) to hate on speed.. and try to find any reason to like anything else. Lol.
RG brings it on himself , instead of talking shit about all the other company's and making claims like fire hose is open and were going to be getting 100 cars a week delivered a few weeks ago he needs to shut up and put up !!

Assuming my current x3 sells I’m getting one
2 or 4 seat?
I’ve been shopping for an extra “family & friends” car and the used 2 seat x3 and 2 seat polaris xp1000 i’ve been watching are finally dropping in price but I am fine paying more for lower miles and options.

No you don't. (Or at least shouldn't)

These threads have created more information, more laughs and more butt hurt than most in the last couple years.😁

All good stories need a plot, a protagonist and an antagonist.
Lacking any of the three is simply a sales brochure.

Huge A-Arm bushings on the R. Supposedly the wheel bearing are large automotive style as well.

Does anyone know the anticipated arrival to dealers?
Will they sell out right away?
Over MSRP?

You realize most top line UTVs are either hard to get or still selling for over MSRP with fees or both.

This is not going to be any different… and it sounds like October we might start seeing some.. maybe.

I just put a deposit on one. Supposedly it’ll be arriving around Halloween this year 😊
Hey Erik,Joey text me yesterday and they have a small batch coming next week. Nick and his partner are taking the first two for demos then they’re going down the list. I am # 20 but he is saying some might want to go with a cheaper model. He is still saying 40 by late Oct. .

Yea, good thing it wasn’t after a little jump in front for hundreds of people at SSSS.

This is way worse. That car drove drove away..

This is in front of millions of people. How many views this car has has already? It’s supposed to be the best. Just ask the RDP engineers 🤣.

The good news is that the car looks like it actually has wheel studs.

Looks like the car was crashed:

That seems to describe a different crash that resulted a bent arm and broken wheel. This is a broken arm, and what looks to be an intact wheel and tire.

So we have 2 front lower arm issue already.

I don't know for sure but on a Can-Am FB page people are saying it's the same car that broke the arm.

It says in the article they changed the wheel and he continued to drive on it. What is pictured is not bent, it is broken, and you wouldn’t be able to drive it like that.

Regardless, it is what it is. All of these cars break when you make mistakes at speed.

Reading this article, this appears to be a different car, or at the least, a different issue. The broken arm is on the drivers side, article describes a hit on the passenger side and a bent arm on the passenger side. He never mentions hitting anything on the driver side.

I also noticed they mentioned glitches in the Navigation, and that others had the same issues. It also says the navigation utilizes your phone, similar to the Speed.

I haven't driven in or driven a Polaris, but it seems like their Ride Command thing is the shit. Hoping the Speed UTV Navigation works well from my phone.

Here is the proof that it's not the same car.....Copied and pasted from Race-Dezert.

That isn't the same car, thats the ride I was on and no car broke except for lots of flats and one person had a rotor break from a rock getting in the wheel. The car that broke is either from the dealer rides that are going on in Havasu right now or its a leaked photo from testing.

Also, from the same person.

Their display definitely needs some work, having to pair your phone to have gps was inconvenient (first world problems) and didn't work half the time. you'd have to unplug and plug the cord back in. I'm getting ready to start writing my review and I'll go over some other things that need improving.

You paid full price at one point as well. Can am can pull a RG and raise prices in 3 months and now the situation is no different?
Someone can also pull a “LOF” and say, you arnt buying a Can Am so why do you care?

I keep my opinions to myself on this breakage, nobody knows the story or what the impact was yet. You have a lot of untalented drivers out for media rides hauling ass and probably driving beyond their skill level. But that's what makes S x S so much fun is watching your buddy make mistakes and getting him back to camp. I heard on RDC that the dealer in Havasu received some cars?

🤣🤣

We all knew the price was going up. They told us as much up front, many times.

Can Am isn’t raising the MSRP this model year.

“I may be a buyer of the Can Am I can have an opinion” 🤣

Huge difference here.. I’m not telling anyone how to spend their money or calling them names for their choices, or hoping they get ripped off, or arguing with them about what their car is worth.

I’m just pointing out the obvious irony and the short sighted positions all the Speed criers have taken for the last couple years.

Like I always say, buy the second year of production. Most of these bugs should be worked out.

People want the latest and greatest and to be the first one on the block with the “best”

You’ve already got guys that ordered these off internet pictures and a YouTube video.

To be fair - Can Am never beefed up anything on the X3's front end over the years, despite it folding up like a lawn chair from day 1 🤣\
I wouldn't expect the lower A-arm to be beefed up in future model years

If the writer was telling the truth - i would expect total carnage, for pretty much anything hitting a boulder like that. The picture floating around sure doesn't match the story though

Million dollar troph trucks break so who gives a shit? Really who gives a shit? You only care because you feel bullied, maybe you should because you have definitely been bullied but then you have to ask yourself if you deserved it. Maybe you do, maybe you don't but regardless you've become the most annoying person on this site when it comes to SXS.s. Where is Grads when you need him?

It’s not the same story as the article.

So this game changing car will need a grand in front end parts too? It took Can Am 5 years to address the rear end shortcomings that were known in 2018.

See my above post, this car is NOT the one from the article.
