I just heard Ontario Mills is on lockdown. What's the scoop?

Reports are that was this morning and not everyone is admitting anything is going on. Go figure. I told my wife to go home.

So here is something that society can do to help do away with this kind of crap. Get rid of political correctness. I'm not saying take away peoples rights without due cause through the judicial system like some are advocating.

I'm saying stop the political correctness BS. Everyone is scared to say something about anything.

Crazy story. Last night I was talking to a friend and he said you need to see this. He shows me his phone and on it is a screenshot of his work computer with an email from Farooq. He had dealt with him a couple years ago for his job. But because of his position he saves the email and the way he has his Outlook setup he see the name everytime he goes into that folder daily.

So he's driving Wednesday night and a lightbulb goes off. He calls his boss and they talk about it and confirm the next morning that it was it.

Okay so he vividly remembers talking to the guy and how he was saying that the US government is the real terrorist and he's mad at his parents for not practicing devout Islam and on and on etc. At the time he thought to maybe call the cops or something but then let it go.

Yeah he called the FBI yesterday to tell them about this.

Maybe nothing would have happened a couple years ago but when people are going off nuts about it then something needs to be done. No being politically correct and scared.

I found that in the internet, it's gotta be true

Yes sir.

She called two of her friends that work there and they said the same thing, that they WERE on lockdown, in the end, I don't give a shit either way, I am not sacrificing my wife or family for any demented person. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

That's what LE is for.

"I'm at Costco," "I don't care where you are, beautiful, go home and stay there."

Jack Bauer would of taken care of it.

I don't know if this was brought up in the 52 pages but something I found interesting was the LE press conference saying these guys had an "arsenal of ammunition" when they found 2,500 rounds.

2,500 rounds does not seem like a lot to me? A box of .223 is 1,000 rounds. If someone has a couple boxes of rounds for their AR15, a couple boxes for their different hand-guns, couple boxes of shot gun shells for the shot guns and then some .22 for plunking, one could have 5 or 6 thousand rounds pretty easy.

Do you guys think 2,500 rounds is a lot?

A 50 cal ammo can holds a thousand .223 rounds with room to spare. I'm not willing to divulge how many I have. I do not consider myself to have "an arsenal".

But I got a whole bunch![emoji2]

Not at all. Ever since the government imposed ammo shortage most people buy in bulk. Most people I know have 10-20K rounds on hand at any time (total across all calibers).

Depends on intent. Generally no if you are one who trains and also wants some for a SHTF scenario. Oh and for shortages etc. A terrorist having 2,500 rounds yeah they problem want to use it in one day wreaking as much havoc as they can. You see those 2,500 rounds aren't meant for range targets. It's meant for us infidels.

it sure isn't a garage full.;) but 2,500 rounds can do enough damage. ask the families of the dead and wounded.

I must be sitting on a goddammed WMD stockpile if they're shitting themselves over 2,500 rounds LOL

I get it, I got an MP5 that eats 9MM like Pac Man and I was wondering if maybe someone was coming to knock on the door.

It would be interesting to see what the LE guys say about that amount of ammo?

I'm sure you know plenty of LE through your foundation work. The ones I know would think that's small time. I'm guessing the one's you know feel the same.

Never shot a person or an animal, but I have killed my share of watermelon and knocked over a few metal animal cut outs. :D

Interestingly, the shooting range I go to will not allow targets of a non-political correct nature.

I think I read somewhere about enough for "personal use" , consumption, something, I can't exactly remember. But I'm pretty sure that your "allowed"
50lbs of powder?
It's been a long time since I read the paperwork for a ffl.

Great thought. I don't think of purchased ammo as powder?

Had to run to the mall this evening for several quick things. It was absolutely eerie how empty the mall was. I get that more people are doing shopping online, but this was something more.... :( Hard to get into the Christmas spirit with all of this stuff happening to our country...

I ran to the gun store after work to pick up a few things. It was as crowded as I've seen it. Funny how that works...

Well, if I happened to own a few handguns, a few rifles, and a few shotguns, all in different calipers / sizes...no.

But, 2500 rounds of .223 with the idea of assaulting a soft target with it, well, maybe?

My point is... A measly hundred rounds purchased by someone hell bent on causing harm to defenseless victims and walking into a conference room, with no alternative exit for the victims, is way too much.

For the enthusiasts, who shoot regularly and are not looking to spend the extra cost to purchase by the box at Walmart, the ammo is purchased palletized. Usually a group will purchase together to save the cost difference and have plenty on hand throughout the year to have fun with.

Of course, that is just what I've heard [emoji2]

No wonder she looked like a man when dragged her shit stained ass out of the SUV. I think just to set an example, they should throw them in a dry well and cover them in pig blood.

Was on the home page of the CNN app all day yesterday. Seems to have been removed and replaced with his No Fly No Gun speech now. Anyone that thinks press is not influenced by the government needs to wake up.
