What driver is and is the loft adjustable? If it is adjustable if you increase the loft it actually closes the club face some.

I had mine set all the way down at a 7 for a long time not knowing better because I wanted lower flight and more roll and I have a higher swing speed, my miss was right most of the time, not really a slice just pushing right. Adjusted to a 9 and got it straightened and now I'm working a baby fade to try and help the roll a little.

I adjusted to a 9.5 a month or so ago….still trying to figure it out but am getting more consistent. Generally speaking, I swing too hard.

If your still missing right some maybe try going up higher to force the face closed and then dial back from there. Before I put it back to a 9 a went all the way up it, I think it's like 11 degrees, still had distance just not much roll out. Played it until I corrected My swing path and then brought it back to 9. Only thing I didn't mess with the draw and fade settings, I keep that neutral, never had much luck messing with that.

Where? Hard to play anywhere else than long beach courses with $7 back 9 rounds, but I may be down.
I would never leave if I could find $7 dollar half rounds!
I would think somewhere near the IE. DWC is in Chino Hils and Im in Murrieta, not sure about YeahYeah01

DWC is sneaky good, he just goes about his round and you almost forget is parring most holes! Me, just a bogey golfer, my golf app has me at a 15.6 handicap.
I'm going through the swing change so anything could happen for me lol.

Played the Hay at pebble beach today! Team shot 6 under to take home the win! Got a nice little range finder and a seal for the hard work.

That’s where the burger/shrimp pic was! That grill up top is very cool. Right on top of the course. They’ve done some great work on The Hay and the range. The range went from one of the worst to world class. Hay looks awesome. Heading up in 10 days. Save some shrimp.

That's one of the good things about this thread, finding different courses to play with current pictures.

I just booked a golf trip for Wisconsin in mid-October with a group of buddies. Going to be three days full of epic golf. I really need to firm up my game for this trip. Going to start hitting the range and practice green more frequently, hope that is enough!

Day 1 - Meadow Valleys and The Baths - Blackwolf Run
Day 2 - Irish and Straits - Whistling Straits
Day 3 - River - Blackwolf Run

We sat on the far side of the grill. There’s a tee box right there. We might have been over the top betting on tee shots. 😬. Course looks amazing. The views are unbelievable. My wife’s favorite place in the world. Doesn’t take much to convince her to go. She flies back in from Kentucky next week at 1pm-ish and we drive up. Gonna be a long day. Guarantee she wouldn’t jump in the car and head to Havasu that day. Something about the lemon drops and calamari

What courses in LB is $7.00 for a back 9?
All of them, but you have to be a resident and be 60. With the players card you can play same day, 18 holes with cart and a beer for $24. The early bird 9 hole special is actually $7.75 with a cart $16. I tee off with a glow ball first 2 holes at 5ish or so and then usually play a couple balls 2-3 the rest of the way, done by 7am, unless you hit a bucket on way out, you get one large bucket or 2 small buckets a day with player's card.

That's a great deal. Me and my playing partner have been going to Los Verdes on Sunday mornings, with a cart its $42.00 per person, but we're done in 2 hours. Noticed last Sunday 6:00am it was still dark, what a difference a week makes. Gonna have to make t-times for 7:00am. I've played with those glow balls when a 4 sum I used to play with, we called ourselves the dawn patrol. I didn't care for them.

Okay, so contact us getting better, but not today I have a push fade. Prior to making some changes I had a push most of the time. So now I need to figure this out lol. Golf is hard.

your hips start a little forward then you completely drive them forward at the ball at impact instead of rotating around your center toward the target. That’s what gives you the push to the right your hips are getting in your way. The angle is a little deceiving but your 1st move looks to be outside i imagine if the camera was directly behind you it would look even more outside. The movement of your hips that I’m talking about is from the 10-11 second mark in the video if your scroll it back and forth you’ll see it

Thanks! I do see it, and it looks like it making get get stuck. I was feeling it a bit too, If I thought try to hit a draw it would start to straighten out just felt off, but I think that made me rotate better. Ill have to work on that rotation.

Wtf you guys talking about, that looked like an awesome swing, ball strike and ball flight!
Thanks! The strikes are feeling better for sure! and you can see all my divots patterns so thats improving. Just need to tweak a few things to get my flight where I want. Boatymcboatface made some great points and looking at the video my back foot starts to push off way to soon before I start rotation and then its just instinct taking over to hit the ball. Ill put some more work in and see if I get some better rotation and that might put right on my target line.

Hitting the ball really well today… but Jesus I’m surprised they don’t kick me off the range. I’ve always always taken big divots. 😕

Ok here we go.

You’re all arms that and at the point of contact your hands are almost in front of the club head. You slide into the ball when you should be turning your hips first creating power. You hips advance past the point of contact without even starting to rotate.

You’re like the guy that’s going 100 on rice road and sees the cop and slams on the brakes! Its all to late at that point!

Starting to feel better. Good call @Boatymcboatface. Attempting to work on keeping my back down longer through the swing and getting better rotation. Definitely helped with not getting stuck in the turn.

Added a couple screen shot from.just after impact. You can the difference for sure.

Didn’t want to say too much about the 1st video because I figured it would correct itself with the improved hip rotation. Go back and watch the 1st video then the second video and see if you notice the difference in the club face during your swing.

Ya as soon as I kept that back foot down and forced the rotation things straighten out a lot. I need to hit a ton more to try and lock in the feeling as I have always struggled with that part. Using my arms a bit to much with out rotation. I'm Not the best at analyzing swings lol but it seems way more square to my target line.

You kept the club face closed as a way to try and force the ball to the left but now that your hip turn improved that stops you from doing that allowing the club face to rotate open to closed naturally.

Took the new swing out today after work. I didn't hit the range at all last week since I was sick and trying to recover for a weekend trip.

Played pretty well, irons were much better but a few got a way for me as I'm dialing it in still. Driver was the same, hit a bunch of fairways but had 2 slice pretty hard on me and topped the shit out of one and that had to be a 1st in years lol. Putted well.

Carded and 81.

Still not getting as much compression as I won't and need to keep working on the striking. Also hoping once I feel good about it I can my swing speed back up a bit and get my distance back. It's strange playing shorter but not terrible, I am sure I can figure out a way to play with giving up distance as I am more accurate.

Driver is getting way to much back spin though, actually checked up a couple yards back twice on me today, but I'll deal with later lol..

Forgot to brag about my round last Friday. I shot an 86 at Rancho Park. I’ve been playin every Friday mostly at LA City courses. First time I broke 90. The key for me was not having any blow up holes. The driver, iron and putter were all working for me. Gonna be at Hansen Dam this Friday, 0620 tee time, it’s gonna be hot af.

Great job. Always cool to beat your personal best. You went low to broke it by a lot.

I've still only broken 80 3 or 4 times. It's dam hard lol.
