I hope that the lazy B leadership can set aside the incoming well deserved scrutiny and get back to what made Boeing what it used to be. The best engineering company in the world, ever. They need to get back to being driven not by stockholders, golden parachutes or bean counters. Stock valuations come from sales, which are driven by superior products. Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) leadership needs to be rooted out and exterminated from the company if it has any chance of surviving. What a fucking shame that it has come to this, was totally predictable what would happen when the bean counters took over, but they got paid and handed off a mess to the next CEO, who was looking forward to his big payday.

Hope Boeing cleans fucking house, hope the people responsible for destroying one of the most trusted companies in US history are held criminally responsible for what they have done to shareholders as well as the families that have died. Also hope politicians like Maria Cantwell are also held accountable personally for pressuring the FAA to allow this to happen via Boeing lobbyist.

Boeing recently announced the new CEO who apparently came up from the aircraft manufacturing side is going to stay in Seattle to be close to the aircraft plant and not be in the normal corporate offices in Chicago.

For whatever that’s worth.
