$8.5 mill. ☹️ on who bought it. We need competition in town.

🤐

Just kidding. Now I don’t know any of the players . . . so heresay.

Word is Roadrunner vs. Branson’s. Branson’s raised their paddle last.

Opening bid was like $3.140 mill. Had to increase in increments of $100k. Ran it up to $8.5.

Waiting on Fox’s now..

Foxs stays.

He currently owns Foxs and is leasing the land.

Branson’s bought the Sandbar resort next door for 8.04 million.

Crazy it went for 4x the price of fox's, i know there is probably double the shore line, but it's pie shaped and the bottom half isn't very wide.... What am i missing on it's value?

Forgot to add ~ a portion of the crowd ERUPTED in cheers when Fox’s won it.

Good for them. They kept a lot of jobs going during china flu shutdown & also took in girls when Roadrunner was closed.

Congrats to Fox’s.

The Sandbar has a bunch of spots on the water and then the up hill up for houses/trailers with more view. Bransons will do a phenomenal job with the property.

I heard that Branson’s purchased it. It was more expensive due to the amount of riverfront it had versus Foxes

After they fix the infrastructure, they will have 2 levels of land. Electricity and sewer. I know a lot of people liked it as it is, but after us being there over 20 years, saw the owners playing favorites. A lot of freebies given out. Played fast and loose, removed some sites from their rental availability. Heard that BLM refused to renew their lease a year or 2 ago.

It was not BLM land. It was AZ trust land. Similar to the island in Havasu.
AZ state trust has been selling large chunks of land through AZ
