He currently owns Foxs and is leasing the land.
Branson’s bought the Sandbar resort next door for 8.04 million.

Crazy it went for 4x the price of fox's, i know there is probably double the shore line, but it's pie shaped and the bottom half isn't very wide.... What am i missing on it's value?
Sounds like they were all in favor of Donnie getting it. Otherwise I don't see why sandbar resort sold for 4X. Great outcome either way. Stoked for Fox's and us Regulars.Great question, that and maybe this town wanted Foxs to stay?

I was told that the owners of Foxes came up with the money to keep it.Not to my knowledge
I heard that Branson’s purchased it. It was more expensive due to the amount of riverfront it had versus FoxesIs the auction for Sanbar Resort (next door to Foxs) tomorrow also?
After they fix the infrastructure, they will have 2 levels of land. Electricity and sewer. I know a lot of people liked it as it is, but after us being there over 20 years, saw the owners playing favorites. A lot of freebies given out. Played fast and loose, removed some sites from their rental availability. Heard that BLM refused to renew their lease a year or 2 ago.Crazy it went for 4x the price of fox's, i know there is probably double the shore line, but it's pie shaped and the bottom half isn't very wide.... It was not BLM land. It was AZ trust land. Similar to the island in Havasu. After they fix the infrastructure, they will have 2 levels of land. Electricity and sewer.
