Wife said no Urinal in the house bathrooms. If I want one, it’s got to be in the shop out back, or where it is now, next to that backyard tree.Just a thought, the new toilet/bidet combos have night lights, auto open features, and photocell technology, and do everything you need, without having to use power directly in the wet area.
Looks good. If the door wall is not load bearing you can gain extra door opening width by using 1"x4" (3/4" thick) hard wood in place of the 2x4 jack studs under the header. Make sure the kings are straight & plumb and you can maximize your door width with minimal space loss. Build your own jamb and door and you can really maximize your clear opening.I widened the door, and now have a 33.5” rough opening. I’d like to squeeze a prehung 32” door into that spot, but it’s probably going to end up a 30” after shimming. (It was a flat 28” door). (Just after getting it all opened up)
