Night light centered above the toilet. 😉
That's a good idea. Motion activated and dimmable?
My wife buys these battery powered toilet lights on Amazon. They have a small led that illuminates inside the bowl in diff. Colors if you wish. Has a small box outside w/ motion detector and holds the 2 AA batteries. Has a small flat arm that extends across top of bowl and bends down into bowl. Toilet seat keeps it in place. Worx well. Just enough light to assist w/o blinding etc. Handy little things.

Just a thought, the new toilet/bidet combos have night lights, auto open features, and photocell technology, and do everything you need, without having to use power directly in the wet area.

This was what I started with. I enlarged the Window, and tiled the entire bathroom, and got rid of the tub. The walls were messed up. Nothing straight, and the texture was patched numerous times, lacking quality. I also added a small crown molding to the ceiling to step it up some👉

The window was 1980 original single pane Aluminum slider. It’s now double pane safety glass, and a much sturdier frame. Also enlarge it 4” height.

I widened the door, and now have a 33.5” rough opening. I’d like to squeeze a prehung 32” door into that spot, but it’s probably going to end up a 30” after shimming. (It was a flat 28” door). (Just after getting it all opened up)

Wife said no Urinal in the house bathrooms😉. If I want one, it’s got to be in the shop out back, or where it is now, next to that backyard tree. 😂

Looks good. If the door wall is not load bearing you can gain extra door opening width by using 1"x4" (3/4" thick) hard wood in place of the 2x4 jack studs under the header. Make sure the kings are straight & plumb and you can maximize your door width with minimal space loss. Build your own jamb and door and you can really maximize your clear opening.
A pocket door could possibly work too. Just some thoughts.
