Thx. It's been a combination of myself doing the hard labor (endless hours of block sanding and grinding) and Lee Spindler with his crew at Schiada installing the veneers.

It's been a while since the last update. Installed the turn fin, shaft log and seal and a few other little things. Hard to see the turn fin because its so shiny!...and they're just crappy phone pics.

Update...
We found a 426 Hemi and it's going back in the boat! It was one of the two Hemis that my dad had. One sold with the boat and he sold the other one at roughly the same time 25 years ago. It went to a guy in Gardena where it all sat untouched for 25 years until we picked it back up yesterday! It's in pieces but the main stuff is there!!!! Block, heads, crank, rods, three sets of pistons and the valve-train. Can't wait!

Part of the process. From the mill to the transom. Now off to polish. It came out bitchin!!!!

Some work on the pedal assembly. It's coming along nicely. My brother-in-law is the brains and talent with the machining processes and rigging. He's got an eye for how things need to work together and then whittles it out on the mill. It's coming out better than I can imagine.
