What's the resistance to running those Toyo's? Not enough weight capacity?
I'd imagine you'd replace them for age versus wearing them out on a trailer.
I found these Brian, they might work if you are willing to replace them all...still waiting on my friend, but I am thinking he's gonna quote the race tires.

How much fuel will those tanks hold?
They are super sticky race car tires pronie. Perhaps you didn't look at them too hard.
They are also $150 each, for a stroller tire.
My bad, after looking them up, those are barely useable for the street.
At first glance, I thought they were just a high-performance DOT tire.

Those tires are for a Miata.
...or a Legend race car.
http://products.pollakaftermarket.com/viewitems/fuel-selector-valves/3-port-motorized-valveFor the fuel tanks..... even though it's not USCG approved, I thought about getting a fuel tank selector valve from an older Ford or GM truck and use it instead of the insanely expensive IMCO valve.
The eBay one says specifically not for marine use which I'm guessing is probably just because it isn't USCG approved. But.... yes, that's what I'm referring to.http://products.pollakaftermarket.com/viewitems/fuel-selector-valves/3-port-motorized-valve
you mean something like this, it's supposed to be marine certified

this is what I run on my boat and haven't had any issues so far.
Assembled AN with PTFE hoses

I figured you'd make fittings and use your new hose clamps
... Were it me I would use the $10 mechanical switch over... I have had several electric switch overs fail in motorhomes...
...Granted it could be considered a pain in the ass to have to lift the engine hatch and reach down to change the mechanical switchover but better than sitting in the middle of the lake with no fuel because your electric switch over failed...
Plus one on the motorhome tank switch failure. That was an expensive lesson on a $2 glass fuse.
I have a mechanical valve now. I have to flip up my rear seat to access it. When I have a boat full of people it can be quiet difficult to maneuver around them and flip the switch over. It could very well be worth carry an extra one and occasionally have to change that vs have to deal with moving people around everyday.... Were it me I would use the $10 mechanical switch over... Quick math I figured upper 40's.
I just filled the available space RD.
Total or each? (I'm guessing total?)
RD

Just use one of these as stated in a previous post... mechanical override in case of an electrical failure :thumbsup

And give up your first born as well cause they cost sooooo damn much!Just use one of these as stated in a previous post... mechanical override in case of an electrical failure :thumbsup
When the motorhome type go bad they default to the top port so what you do is always run off of the bottom port first so if it fails while your running you still have gas and you know you have to change it out , I keep a spare one under my seat LOL

That oughta do it! Great looking work so far.. Not sure why the tanks look so small to me in the pics?
Better yet is practicing to do so. Lol!The fun part is making more....

I prefer the manual valves, it gives me a chance to stretch out over a hot turbo when it's time to switch tanks.
Crispy. :eek
My protective layer of chest hair keeps me safe.

They need to be small and shallow to fit between the hull sides and outside of the stringers. Remember, it is a V-drive boat, there's no room for a center belly tank.
