Also. . . go early. . . visit the museum at Red Rocks. Its incredible. Lots of history of everyone that has performed there and memorabilia.

Also, many of the near by motels offer shuttle service. There is NO public transportation to Red Rocks. If you have never been or not familiar with Red Rocks, parking can be a nightmare. Just finding an entrance can be challenging for someone who has never been and does not know the area...

Stay in Golden / Golden area. Golden actually extends quite a way east down I-70 & 6th ave. Lots of places to stay around I-70 & Denver West Blvd. Also I-70 / 6th Ave / Colfax area. That area is sometimes called Denver West. It includes Golden, Lakewood, Arvada. All very close to Morrison
