Maybe a VIN? Anyone else following this in Antelope Valley? These assholes took out a poor guy on his Harley Sunday who suffered major injuries back in Lake Elizabeth. Left the poor guy for dead. Several videos of them blowing red lights cutting off cars zero fucks given. Just like the thread last week with the Range Rover in Beverly Hills.

Sadly reading the comments there are parents defending these little hoodlums actions. Truly unbelievable and hope their parents are charged as well when they are caught . I also read the Harley rider was a member of the Sundowners MC from the San Fernando Valley. Probably not the best group to get on the bad side with.

Wouldn’t the mini bikes have a registration? They have a VIN # and came from a dealership of some sort

Track down the owners

Pick em off one at a time ….

And finger prints on the bike

These are not street legal nor any VIN. Basically like the old Briggs and Stratton minibikes from back in the day but hoped up. Its the new thing in the ghettos.

There is photos of the guy who was the chase vehicle and helped the riders escape after they took out the Harley rider. The idiot has his business plastered all over the truck.

It's not new, by any means. 15+ years ago, working in South Central, they were everywhere on the side streets. They even had loosely organized "street races" on Sunday mornings, 23rd ish by Avalon? Back then, there was a few major differences. They didn't roam in packs, and they stayed off the major streets. Now they travel far outside their hoods, and disrupt major intersections.

Their website is still down. Looking at a few pictures on their social media, I have a feeling the owner is not the one aiding and abetting felons...... I would imagine it's probably his son or some other youngster. Old Man Lizarraga seems to be a little old for the mini-bike scene.

Different people. Those guys were buying 45hp Jr Dragster engines on methanol and making some seriously fast mini-bikes. Not terrorists.

That was every night in Long Beach when I lived there. They pretty much took over whole areas. Nothing was done.

Well, in the old days kids could go to the outlying areas and ride their motorbikes or what have you. Now, it really happened under Swartzenagger (long story how I know that), kids can't ride anywhere. Kids don't want to play video games and want to get out. Let them ride on public lands and not fee and ticket people to death.

I'm horrible when it comes to this though. I let my kid go up and down the street doing wheelies. I take him to Jamul in South San Diego and him and his friends ride up mountain and the dirt roads next to the border. I know I am going to get burned soon, but I did that type of stuff when I was a kid too.

The politicians and police departments have tied Law Enforcements hands here fellas. Don't expect the mini bike, or usual street take over events to end anytime soon.

Neighbor kid at the river had hers impounded in Newport. 30 days 2k to get it out. Talaria so they paid it.

Gov pole smoker, and worthless US rep jason (have i told you I'm an Army Ranger) crow will be calling out the Arapahoe County Sheriff's dept any hour now.

Very easy. You put in policy prohibiting your officers from chasing minor offenses such as you mentioned. Oh.. but it gets even better. If the corrupt California DOJ gets their way, you can say good bye to traffic stops by cops just about all together. There is an entire machine in our legal justice system that hates cops just as much as the criminals do... but they do it in the name of protecting all those poor targeted people.

Is this limited to LA County or does these same prohibitive policies effect SBCSD, RCSD etc.?
Is voting the only way to remove these corrupt policy makers?
This is ridiculous.

DOJ goes everywhere. They have been working for years against local law enforcement with conjunction with the U.S. Attorneys and FBI. Basically their game is come in, investigate a department, then put in place a consent decree. Great example is this... Complaints about racial descrimination. So they go in and audit traffic stops, etc... turns out there are more Hispanics stopped and arrested (Just ignore the fact that Hispanics are the largest demographic of the area) so then they say... DISCRIMINATION.... You are not stopping and arresting enough white people... obviously. Federal Law Suits are threatened against departments, etc... Consent Decree gives them oversight and adds punishment if departments do not comply. If they aren't getting what they want fast enough, they will start opening investigations in the members of the police force and going after them individually, so they can then indict them for forgetting the context of their 5th grade ethics quiz from 30 years ago... and after they get enough hard hitting indictments like described above, they argue the entire departments culture is corrupt and needs the DOJ to change them. etc etc etc.

Scary shit is happening right under the nose of the public, who in turn looks at the cops sitting on their hands(not knowing why) and gets angry.

Short version is they want cops to respond like firefighters. I am 100% on board with that now and can't wait for my fridge full of Ice Cream and nice big loungs chairs to hang out in waiting for a call.

In the meantime, I got pulled over by CHP for using my phone, it was mounted on my dash and I was punching in a new address for the gps....they gave me a ticket for that, and for good measure gave me a ticket for my tinted windows...

Maybe some of you early BMX guys member the name Kevin McNeal. Big, tall, not too smart, with a tendency to break laws. He was a senior in high school when I was a sophomore. He and some buddies would take 10 speed frames and lace up wider rims for bigger tires. And put foot pegs off the rear axle. Then they would start up above Crestline a bit and race down the hill. Just tuck in and go, no brakes, no common sense. Traffic was minimal on a Sunday morning in 1977 and highway 18 is pretty wide. It had to be a unique experience to be passed by a kid on a 10 speed in the family wagon.
