I’ve always heard you should get approved for a heloc when a home is paid off. I believe just getting approved they will record something against title and it costs nothing. This will detour potential thief's or attorneys from property theft.
I left a home builder 2 months ago who had a sister company in Portland and they were selling things at break even or a small loss.
On a side note headed to Washington/St George to look at several new construction custom specs this week. Curious what first hand info I will find talking to...
How screwed am I if I need to drive from Vegas to SoCal Sunday? Should be passing through Vegas around 6-8pm if I had to guess. Other option is going back Monday and passing through around noon.
I think the non turbo Toyotas were a lot more reliable than the new Tundras and Tacomas. Just rolled past 200k on my 2013 5.7 Tundra. When I look at book values for it I’m always surprised.
I’m in production spec building in Northern Utah. Existing inventory is up and we have been slow on offers this last month. This year has been hot otherwise. On a side note we’re paying more than ever for land. 7-8k sqft lots in an average neighborhood are running around $275k now. We’re still...
This is why I’m buying used. Figure if you can find something lightly used with bolt ons for the same price as a stock model why not go for it. Maybe I should take this advice when it comes to dating as well…
General consensus is fuck it and full send. Truck is at a dealer so time to see if they will come off list price at all. They have had the truck for a little over a month so hoping to try and get it down a few more grand…
Costs seems to be damn near sixes on a loaded 1/2 ton and 3/4. I also feel a gas 3/4 ton setup will be more reliable than a half ton. Fuel mileage also seems too close to care.
Truck will mainly be used to shuttle dirt bikes and mountain bikes. Other than that it will be a grocery getter. This could be a great excuse to buy a moto trailer.
Looking at buying a new truck and came across a lightly used 2024 Ford F250 with a full 5.5” Carli e-venture kit and 37’s. Upon initially looking at it I was thinking this would be killer but now am having second thoughts that 5 years from now I could wake and up wonder why I didn’t buy a stock...
Put up no trespassing signs and if she is found on the property call to have her trespassed. If she returns second offense for trespassing should be more serious once she has already been trespassed.
I’ve bought a few boats from people that have passed away and every time I’ve had to provide a death certificate to the dmv. I want to say the executer for their estate was listed on the death certificate. This could get more complicated if probate is involved.
Gonna be looking for a sport fishing charter in SoCal. Ideally looking for a 24-30ft boat with captain that is around or less than $1500 a day (not sure this price is reasonable and if not let me know). If anyone has any recommendations that would be great. Thanks.
I’ve got 196k on my 2013 Tundra. Got it as a hammy down from my dad with 7k miles. Don’t plan on keeping it past 230k but am actively looking for a new truck if I find a deal worth jumping on. I would have zero hesitation in driving it across the country tomorrow.
There stock has gone nowhere in the last 10 years. Off road motorsports are too small of a market cap and required too much r&d to create new product. The only money in this industry is likely in financing.
