260 will get you into the high 80s and a 280 will get you into the low 90s.....280 is a better motor though and not just because of the HP.
I had Kevin at KMG redo my transom, it didn't even look as bad as that and when he got into there he had to cut out a bunch of dry rot out... definitely...
I love the gel scheme and colors on this boat. I wish you guys would make a 22 with a speedster style window. I think it would look great. Maybe I'm just no a fan of the canopies. I guess I will just have to order one in order to have you guys make it.:eek
Could it be that these people love chasing "the perfect setup" or "perfect prop"? With a boat like this 28SS I am sure that its known what style of prop works good and getting a good setup just comes down to the pitch in order to get 95% of the performance. If you want to chase that last 5MPH...

Fltplan, yea that's partially why I went to him, in addition to doing a ton of 21's. I think I spoke to you right after you had yours rerigged. Its actually just a good looking 260:D but it does haul the mail.
