I’d say run it. The two major things to go wrong on your truck are hit or miss. The tranny should be good for another 70k or so, 3-4k rebuild. The lifter issue either will or won’t happen, if it does that’s a 6-7k fix and you now have sent metal through your motor. My Yukon had a lifter go bad...
