Now on to the real world. I don't know when she got this old. Turns 21 in January, graduated from Embry-Riddle this morning🥲
"Global Intelligence"...Something, Something. I don't know where she goes from here, but really proud she made it here.
There was a place down in Phoenix that "recycled" them  It was sad, chopped up, and they wouldn't sell anything. I thought the runways would be great for building a Hodges type ramp truck.
The four cylinders can do more than blow a head gasket. They pull the studs out of the block. It's pretty common, to the point they make an insert tool/jig kit. If they were to repair it themselves, I'd have the head checked while putting inserts in. Not a real bad job, and can be cheaper than...
How does marriage fall into this?
Asking for a friend 🤣
Going with "leaving the rat race"...it's been the best bad decision. Can't afford coke or strippers, but allowed me to do things that were impossible before for my family.
Hard to say. If not, I'd at least like to see him make one final, "John Force", full track burnout. The crowd noise would be epic. He's already a legend of the sport, anything he chose to do would be fine with me.
Twins Custom Concepts built a super badass condo hauler. I saw the rendering in their office, years before they built it. Their father, IIRC, was a trucker when they were young. They had it at SEMA 10 or so years ago.
He may not be in the seat again, but I don't think he's going anywhere. He'll be there, and at this point, that's a feat all on it's own. I'm happy for Jack, and happy that John is still around to be part of it all.
Once again, all eyes are on Syria...and yesterday morning Ukraine launched another 6 ATACMS into Russian territory. This time further south, some place on the Azov, east of Mariupol. I think targeting an air force base. Typical Russian statement "this will not go unanswered." Thinking tonight or...
Mom always said I was "an old man trapped in a young body." I'm apparently much like some of ya'lls parents, even grandparents I'd guess. I'm 47, and have a 5 year old Android phone, and some HP laptop about the same age. The most modern device I own is my scan tool, and it's way more technology...
The last equipment I moved was a goat rodeo. Forklift jack to get the stuff on skates, and then wheel them into the doorway. Used a Gradall to reach through the door, lift and play "Operation" through the single bay door. Gently traverse the gravel driveway and load. Mill, lathe and a Pullmax...
It's not "Breaking News" to those of us that have been paying attention. It's sad, the EU had Ukraine agree to a peace accord. Then, they bribed and force the leaders of Ukraine to march their soldiers to their dooms.
And we backed it.
If they are 3 phase, that can make a difference for the garage guy. It may also mean there's a converter there as well. Sadly, moving them will cost as much as the purchase I think. It gets to be real sketchy doing it yourself. The property owners may want to make that a condition, that...
With just tack, no horses, it squated my old 3500 Dodge a fair bit. The guy that owned it, brought out all 9 of his horses in it, made chain stalls between the existing gates. He pulled this thing from Indiana behind an 86 F350...a 6.9 with a Banks kit. He said it was slow, but they all got here...
Yes, it's a 6 horse head to head. Got it from one of my friend's daughters years ago. The front is a big tack room and changing area. It came with a lot of show tack and prize saddles. Have someone coming to look at it next week. The couple that bought all our fence panels and stalls. Thought...
This was the old gate from when we bought the place. Flush with the front fence, and only 12ft. I pushed the gate in, and hung 2 10ft gates instead. Was running 2 good size goosenecks at the time, and made it easier. Here it is on a snow day a few years ago.
Damn, an Argosy too😢
I love those...
