What is it we have gained from fighting wars with those religious zealots in the middle east? We didn't spread democracy or halt communism...I don't think either will prevail there.
In Afghanistan we fought those we trained, and their children. Then ultimately let them have control. In Syria...
Good chance the guy did it, all things kind of point that way. Does he have a high IQ? Maybe, but that doesn't mean he is sane, or as smart as he thinks he is. There's also the chance he was "pushed" in this direction. A mentally ill individual is an exceptable tool to be used in some people's...
Why were they illegal? Seems more accurate, but still the same as running solenoids to control waste gates and blow off valves. The first time I saw that was on the Malicoat car 5-6 years ago, but I've been out of the loop for a long time.
Not today, but had a similar F'up a year or so ago. Was being lazy, and didn't set a ladder, limbed the pallet rack. Reaching the next shelf above my head, slide the board a little bit, trying to reach the dairy crate with brackets. Heard something "thump", but didn't hear it roll. When it...
They also ran the largest bombing campaign in their history...something like 700 targets in 2 days. They took out any semblance of remaining Syrian air assets and support. Made sure the "rebels" are strictly on foot. Smart move really. Unfortunately, videos are out on the web, and the "rebels"...
Gotta love it, the newly installed Syrian leader, as of yesterday, still on the State Department's terror list (10 million dollar reward...if we only knew where to find him?)
The standby types, like the Generac deals, run natural gas or propane. For a standard gasoline deal, I think I would probably keep the tank stored full of non-ethonol gas, or av gas. Then feed it with normal gas, but store again with good stuff.
4 days is a bunch of fuel though:(
They're better than me as well...I've always had a hard time controlling emotions. Maybe, possibly, if I'd never met the victim? Even then, if it were a child or such, probably not.
A few years ago I was talking with Jerry Malicoat...old school guy that went "modern" after retirement. He was explaining (or trying to) to me how much data they gained with every pass, and what they did with it. Their car was a converter Lenco, twin turbo late hemi. They used the ECU to control...
For most kids I'd say Subaru or Land Rover...older one, like an LR2. All wheel drive deal. The good thing is, your kids have been around snow and ice growing up, and their hobbies require it.
Check all the hvac controls, and look for cracked plastic vacuum lines under the hood. The 5.8's will idle and run fine with them cracked, but the fuel pressure regulator will run it fat. Check the transfer case control, and make sure the actuator is engaging everything...real simple motors...
We started having pizza for Christmas Day lunch. One place open here in town...not the best either, but makes for great snacking 🤣 We don't have any family around either, and the youngest is 16 now. We fart around, play video games and watch movies.
Sad to say, but I think it's because war is more profitable than help. Our soldiers were in Afghanistan for 20 years. I don't know if being there another 10 would have helped.
As it's been said, those areas have been fighting amongst themselves for thousands of years, we've only been dealing...
Kind of semantics I guess. I'd assume all the big players fund or help third party groups to screw with opponents. It can keep them looking as "civilized", by having others do the dirty work.
So no, the "US" did not topple Assad, invade or impose it's own government. A major portion of the...
