I've used 3M Automotive Adhesive Remover. It takes anything sticky off with less effort than WD 40. I got mine at Wal-Mart for $6 or so.

Never allow your muzzle to cover anything you aren't willing to destroy.....OUCH !

It is at the Majave Airport. There are two areas that you can see from the 14 freeway. One area has planes that are in storage and the other (my buddy's) is Commercial Air Services, picture a pick-a-part for airliners. He buys birds from airlines and parts them out and scraps the airframes.

It came out of an airliner. I'm not sure which model. My buddy works out at the airplane boneyard in Mojave and he got it for me. I forgot to ask him where it came from when he dropped it off..........:headscratch:

Check out what I picked up today........I think I'm gonna clean it up, lighten it up, frame it in, and hang it in the garage.
