I agree Jerry. It's a long deck, and they were taller at the transom. This looks closer to the height of a race deck. Compare it to the K555.

Nevermind, I looked at the other side. The graphics were playing tricks on me.

I mounted mine according to the instructions, IIRC ~3-4" from the ceiling and they are fine. My shop is insulated and I had load calcs done for the space to properly size them. My $.02.
