I finally found some tires to keep my 13" westerns. Luckily I have 5 lug hubs so worst case I could go to a 14" slot mag that I have. Did you see that someone reciently used a Bassett Racing wheel on a trailer? They actually looked really good...
I havent towed mine around much, but if I remember correctly, the toe of my boot wont fit underneath the guard lol 13" wheels and 60 series tires dont help

I agree, Id run a ski boat down here and not think twice. Ive had plenty of time to explore on a standup or in the jet boat to know it well. Although I started in my flatbottom and followed people a lot! I never destroyed a prop, but did nick one once lol
Hopefully Ill be on the water again...
Id say the only true advantage is a clean driveway. I still enjoy doing my own oil changes, just not the mess that I create lol A lift would be nicer than a floor jack and jackstands too
Not sure how much interest there is here, but I found it amazing that this car turned up, it was in the Valley the whole time! Looks like its in good hands for the restoration too

I towed one of those once. Rescued it from a ranch in Carpinteria or Montecito and hauled it back to a warehouse in downtown LA. If I remember right, it was either getting restored or exported. I remember that stainless steel roof like no other and I believe the one I was towing had the roof...
