Makes me sad to think one day my kids won’t be able / won’t want to go to the river with me anymore. Same with the desert. I hope that I’m doing a good enough job influencing them to keep this lifestyle going with the newer generation. You just never know.

I have been going for several years now. Started camping away from the shit show and dust bowl. I love the shoot out. I’m glad they moved it out of back door and over to thunder. Nighttime action is the best just watch out for rangers.

With social media it has been so easy to keep up with people lives that the whole point of a high school reunion is pointless. I mean if I really wanted to hang out with someone from high school I could just message them.
