I thought he was convicted by a jury of his peers for defrauding voters of their right to vote?

That's an interesting take you have.

You can read the indictment, trial transcripts and everything else. Physical documents.

All in black and white. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Are the J6 tapes in color? Or are they all black and white too? Gee Wally, why won't they release them? What are they trying to hide? As the hack Waterboy works OT on behalf of the coveup. Be nice to have some clean air, rather than party line flatulence. And they say Feminism smells...

In other words, they're saying that Hilary supporters were actually stupid enough to believe they could vote by text...?

If they convicted the "107th most important influencer of the then-upcoming Presidential Election" for convincing Hilary supporters that they could vote via text, then did they look into whether or not any of the Hilary supporters texted more than once because they actually believed they were voting? It's no different than arresting the person who purchases flour from a DEA agent because they believe they're buying real drugs...

Couldn't provide one actual example or anyone that actually took his joke seriously. Not one.

So even if they were trying to make the case that people are too stupid to know that he was engaging in satire, the state couldn't provide a single example of it.

And also completely ignorned accounts on the left that did the same thing inverted to "text to vote for trump"

A jury of his peers disagreed with your analysis. And convicted him.

Peers? LOL, some people think you are either drunk or not too smart. I think you are both. Speaking as a peer, of course.

Doesn't justify an illegal ruling. All day long.
If you think the jury was, "of his peers," you are either delusional, or again, spouting off equivocation. Clean yourself up there Turbo.

Pretty interesting that Tucker agreed to use the X platform in exchange for around 50 retweets from Elon Musk. And here we are right at episode 50.
